0830 – 0900 Registration and safety brief

0900 – 1030 First rotation

1030 – 1200 Second Rotation

1200 – 1300 Lunch (everyone brings their own lunch; water will be provided)

13:00 – 1430 Third Rotation

1430 - 1500 Cleanup, debrief and departure
